Where: Broomfield Community Center, Lakeshore Room, 280 Lamar Street
When: 2 to 3 p.m.
What: The Birds of Prey Foundation staff will bring three to four live raptors such as a bald eagle, swainson’s hawk, burrowing owl, and peregrine falcon and provide an informal educational program about these fascinating creatures. The type of birds that will be brought to the presentation are subject to the health of each bird on the day of the presentation Participants will have the opportunity to get a close-up view of the birds. Children are welcome but must be attended by an adult. The event is free but donations are requested to support the work of BOSF.
